What We Do
Teach a Skill for Life
Our Malaysia aim to teach the HRIPHI refugee women a trade that can have an immediate impact on their day to day lives as well as a skill they can use for a lifetime.
English Language Learning
The HRIPHI refugees speaks a dialect that is unique to their community making it difficult to engage with others. English language learning is also vital as they prepare for UN resettlement applications.
Address Immediate Needs
Our Malaysia supports the women and their families in a number of ways to ensure basic needs are met. Throughout the year Our Malaysia raises funds to support their well-being and unforeseen needs.
Our Malaysia takes a holistic approach to empowerment by focusing on 5 of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals: No Poverty, Quality education, Gender equality, Decent work and economic growth and reduced inequality.
